Network Engineer (IP Telephony)

Responsibilities:

Install and configured Cisco IP telephony systems and provide support to customers

Requirement:

University graduates, Computer Science or technology discipline preferred
At least 3 years relevant working experience in voice infrastructure support
CCVP is preferred
Experience in installing and configuring Cisco CallManager, Unity and IPCC
Experience in installing and configuring Voice Recording System
Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
Good written and spoken Chinese and English, Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to work overtime

Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Basic server administration (Unix/Linux and Windows)
User PC support is required

Requirement :

University degree, Computer Science or technology discipline preferred
At least 1 year relevant experience
Knowledge in general desktop hardware and software troubleshooting
Good problem solving skills and has initiative to help customers
Willing to work overtime and outside normal office hours
Immediate availability preferred
Travel to Macau is required
Fresh graduates will also be considered

Network Engineer (Based in Macau)

Responsibilities:

Network equipments installation and configuration at Elixir and customer sites
Server administration (Unix/Linux and Windows)
User PC support is required

Requirement :

University degree, Computer Science or technology discipline preferred
At least 3 years relevant experience
Practical experience in routers and switches, Cisco preferred
CCNA or better, or familiarity with Cisco products, will be an advantage
Proficiency in LAN/WAN communication protocols
Good problem solving skills and has initiative to help customers
Willing to work overtime and outside normal office hours
Immediate availability preferred
Station in Macau is required
